- Comment: We had a Fire in our basement which resulted in a significant amount of smoke and water damage throughout the entire house. Our heads were spinning on where to even begin. Luckily First Response Restoration was recommended to us through a friend who dealt with them previously. The owner Cole took the time to explain everything to us and was a tremendous help. They were able to setup meetings with the insurance company and get started. Within days approvals were granted and First Response was well on their way to cleanup the smoke damage!
