• Comment: The First Response team was everything and more of what you would expect from a contractor. When my newly finished basement flooded due to a broken pipe the first thing I did was call a cousin of mine who happens to have been a plumber for the past 15 years, he then referred me to this company. Cole and his team were on site within 25 minutes and immediately made an impact. They were efficient, professional, and even educated me on the restoration and insurance claim process. What seemed like the end of the world turned out to be a minor inconvenience thanks to these guys and I would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation I was. HOPEFULLY I will never require their services again, but if I do my first call will be to First Response!
