• Comment: Cole and his staff showed up the morning of a sewage pipe breaking on the first floor of our home which ran down into our finished basement. What a mess! I didn’t know where to put my hands first! Cole came highly recommended by a close friend and from the moment he stepped in the door, I knew I was in the right hands! He and his team got to work immediately! They were extremely courteous and professional! They were here for several days, cleaning, disinfecting, demo’ing the damaged ceiling, walls and floors. Working continuously until the job was done. Cole had the appropriate testing done, they installed protective plastic walls, and machinery to dry and purify the air. After several days they came back, removed all the plastic walls, tubing and machinery. I don’t know what we would have done without them! I’m hoping I never need their services again, but if ever faced with this situation again, Cole and his team at First Response would be the one and only phone call I would make!
