- Comment: Cole came to my home within an hour of calling him! After redoing our entire basement and just having new carpet laid throughout we had a flood! It was horrible. Cole made this horrible experience bearable. He stepped in and took control pulling up carpet and putting out the blowers to stop the damage. I highly recommend him. Very honest and easy to work with. Julie Hill
