• Comment: We had about 4-5 inches of water in our basement when we placed a call to First Response on a Saturday Morning. This was our first time experiencing water damage since becoming homeowners so our anxiety and nerves were certainly heightened. When they arrived to our house in a very timely manner, they not only helped with the water removal end of things but helped us access the area and situation leading to the issue. They gave us recommendations of contacts they know that could help give us a second opinion and estimate to have the bigger issue corrected. Extremely knowledgeable and polite! We can not say enough about the professionalism of Cole and his team! Highly, highly recommend!
