- Comment: Cole from First Response came highly recommended though a friend. First Response definitely lived up to their reputation. After my furnace went and blew soot all over my house; my insurance company recommended a different restoration service. I used that service. They were at my house for two weeks. The original company (which I fired) left my walls full of soot and called it "clean". Cole and his team came in not only finished the job but they made it easier for me to get back to my normal. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
