• Comment: The first time I met Cole was when he personally came to the management company I worked for, to advocate for a 97 year old woman who lived alone and managed to clog her toilet and it over flowed for few DAYS!
  Her place was a mess to say the least!! Cole and his team went in immediately and took care of her as if she was his grandmother. He didn’t stop there…. There were issues between what was covered by insurance and what was covered by the condo. Feeling like she wasn’t being treated fairly, Cole called and came into the management company to advocate for her!
  End result wasn’t what he had hoped for, thought it should have been, nor what he believed to even be fair or accurate. A lot of the work he did was found to be her responsibility to pay for…
  He felt so strongly about the situation, he never billed her directly and so never got paid for several things he needed to do to restore her condo the way it needed to be so she could continue to live there peacefully.
  He’s a rare gem! He’s professional, knowledgeable, honest, and truly cares about what he does and how it affects the people that call on him for his services!
  He’s the ONLY call to make!
