Rob the Project Manager used his moisture reader to find the source of the water leak. The roof had been leaking water into the floor below for quite some time due to the amount of mold growth there was. The crew ripped up the wood floors and set out some air scrubber machines. Next came the cleaning and sanitizing procedures and finally the encapsulation step completed Rob’s protocol. The homeowner’s health improved just days after the crew removed the moldy floor and they were very happy!!
