Our experienced Project Manager met with the homeowner and insurance adjuster to document all the damage caused not only by the fire but also from the water used to put it out. Mold had already started growing and there was heavy soot and smoke damage. Our crew arrived and started emptying the contents of the home into a dumpster. Once the contents were out, the next step was to remove the damaged walls, ceilings and floors. The cleaning and sanitizing crew came in and wiped down all surfaces that were salvageable. The customer was very appreciative of the knowledge and professionalism of the First Response crew.
